Ulu Boya & Tadilat

Painting and renovation trade — Maltepe, İstanbul

Ulu Boya home page: a warm interior photograph beside the headline “Boya ve tadilat işleri, temiz işçilikle.”

Ulu Boya & Tadilat is a painting, plaster and renovation firm working on the Anatolian side of İstanbul. Their customers are not browsing for inspiration — they have a wall, a bathroom or a whole flat, and they want to know whether this is someone they can trust in their home.

So the site is built backwards from the phone call. Every section ends within reach of a call or WhatsApp button, the mobile layout carries a permanent contact bar, and the copy answers the questions people actually ask before they answer the ones a brochure wants to tell them.

The art direction is deliberately the opposite of this site: warm, light, domestic. It is aimed at a homeowner in Maltepe, not at a design jury — and matching the audience is the whole job.

What it does Ulu Boya & Tadilat
  1. 01

Contact is never more than a thumb away

A fixed call/WhatsApp bar on mobile, and a repeating contact block between sections. The most common action on the site is the easiest one to take.

  2. 02

Scope explained before it is asked

Services, process, coverage area and an FAQ written in the customer’s own words — priming the conversation so the first call starts further along.

  3. 03

    Proof, surfaced not buried

The rating and review count sit in the first screen, and finished work is shown as rooms rather than swatches. Trade trust is visual and social.

  4. 04

    Static and near-instant

Built with Astro and served from Cloudflare Workers — almost no client JavaScript, which matters on mobile data in a stairwell.
